About our company
Our former primary line of business was within the paintball industry. However, in addition to paintball products, we have been actively involved in other extreme sports industries as a contract manufacturer. We also serve military, medical, semiconductor and other industries. Our staff has enjoyed decades within the manufacturing industry and we are well qualified to take on complex projects or assist in the development and prototyping phases.
Indian Creek Design, Inc. had been involved in the paintball industry for over 21 years. We have played an integral part in the development of new technologies and strive to maintain long-term relationships with our customers. There is no greater feeling than receiving a call from a customer who has been with us "since the pump days."
Indian Creek Design, Inc. has brought to market over 16 individual markers, utilizing over 9 different technology mixes. We led the industry in product introductions. For us, innovation is more than a catchy phrase, it is part of our core operating principles. We stand behind our products and continually look for ways of improving them and advancing technology in the paintball industry.
Our customer service reps and technicians also have a long history in the paintball industry, with an average of 10 years experience. We are a dedicated team of professionals with the ability to address any questions or concerns.
Although we are no longer actively involved in the Paintball industry, we will reasonably continue to support our long-standing customer base.
Retail Terms and Conditions
Our terms are PayPal or Credit Card only. We accept Visa and Mastercard.
ICD ships F.O.B. via UPS ground or US Postal Service. UPS service is not available to Canada. Ground, Three-Day, Second-Day, and Next-Day shipments are available. You will be billed for shipping and handling.
Warranty services/products must be shipped to ICD first before a warranty service or replacement will be shipped out. ICD will inspect the defective part and determine the cause of the defect. Contact information must be provided with every shipment to ICD, within the packaging of the shipment.
There are no returns after 30 days. A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned items. There are no restocking fees on exchanged items. Shipping and/or COD charges are not refundable. Returns and exchanges must be in new condition and original packaging.
Technical support is available over the phone. Please call (208) 468-0446 for service. Technical support hours are 9:00 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday MT. We generally close at 3:00 p.m. MT on Friday during the summer.
Pricing and shipping and handling rates are subject to change without notice. The current price list supercedes all previous pricing. Quantities of some products may be limited. We will not accept backorders if the product restocking is longer than 2 weeks.
