The Online Store contains a limited selection of merchandise. If you would like to purchase a product not listed online, you can view availability in our Catalog and call our headquarters at (208) 468-0446 to place an order.
Authorized Dealers may place orders via phone or fax at this time. If you would like to receive more information, please fill out a Dealer Application and return it to us with the relevant documentation. We will be in contact shortly to explain our dealer programs.

How do I become an ICD Dealer?
Please send us a copy of your business license and Tax I.D. and we will send you an application and price list. You can fax your information to (208) 468-6650, mail it to our address, or email it to sales@icdproducts.com
How do I apply for an ICD Sponsorship?
All sponsorship decisions are made at the beginning of the year, and the deadline is December 31st. To be considered for 2010, please send in a resume including:
1. A cover letter with your name, address, and phone number
2. A history of what events you have attended and your performance
3. A list of planned events and activities for 2010
4. What type of sponsorship or gear you would like from us
5. Any other information you would like us to know
Based off of this information from all that submitted, we will select the candidates for sponsorship. Any
incomplete resumes will not be considered.
How do I apply for an ICD Event Sponsorship?
All sponsorship decisions are made at the beginning of the year, and the deadline is December 31st. To be
considered for 2010, please send in a formal written request, including:
1. The location, date, and time of the event
2. What the event will consist of
3. If this is a charity event, please include the relevant charity information
4. Any promotional materials that will be used
Also, please ensure we have contact information for the event manager who is submitting the request in case of questions.
How do I send in my product for service?
ICD does not require an RA or RMA number. Please include a note inside the shipment with all relevant contact information (including name, address, and phone number), and a description of the problem you are
experiencing. All products are logged by the name that they are shipped to us under. Please note the name supplied on the contact sheet if you would like to check on the product. Make sure you have previously filled out a warranty registration form.
If you are shipping from Canada, we do not recommend using UPS. UPS charges high customs brokerage fees for packages shipped in and out of Canada.

What are your retail terms and conditions?
Our terms are PayPal or Credit Card only. We accept Visa and Mastercard.
ICD ships F.O.B. via UPS ground or US Postal Service. UPS service is not available to Canada. Ground, Three-Day, Second-Day, and Next-Day shipments are available. You will be billed for shipping and handling.
Warranty services/products must be shipped to ICD first before a warranty service or replacement will be shipped out. ICD will inspect the defective part and determine the cause of the defect. Contact information must be provided with every shipment to ICD, within the packaging of the shipment.
There are no returns after 30 days. A 20% restocking fee applies to all returned items. There are no restocking fees on exchanged items. Shipping and/or COD charges are not refundable. Returns and exchanges must be in new condition and original packaging.
Technical support is available over the phone. Please call (208) 468-0446 for service. Technical support hours are 9:00 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday MT. We generally close at 3:00 p.m. MT on Friday during the summer.
Pricing and shipping and handling rates are subject to change without notice. The current price list supercedes all previous pricing. Quantities of some products may be limited. We will not accept backorders if the product restocking is longer than 2 weeks.
