Our services
ICD can assist your project from the conceptual stage through final delivery. We offer: research and development, drafting, and prototyping services; manufacture of small and large volume runs; finishing; processing such as electrochemical plating; assembly and packaging; and multiple delivery options. We specialize in multiple types of materials including aluminum, stainless steel, brass, plastics, exotics, and composites.
Design and Prototyping
We have extensive experience designing and prototyping a myriad of assemblies, with specific emphasis on mechanical, eletronic, and pneumatic components.
Our available software includes 2009 Solidworks, SolidCam, Autocad, Mastercam, and Virtual Gibbs. We have a full service drafting staff to convert your vision into a fully machinable part or assembly.
We have a technical staff available to assist in preparing technical literature and documentation for the design project, including photorealistic rendering and a full graphics suite.
We offer small volume production runs tailored exclusively to prototyping requirements and on-the-fly design changes.
Contract Manufacturing
